I just watched this movie. The story is about the ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world (strange huh?!). Born of a god (son of Zeus) but raised as a man, Perseus (play by Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades, vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.
Me, after finish watching this movie, i said to myself "that's it?". The action was not bad but not blowing your mind, seems like Louis Leterrier - the director - not give the very best. The 3D format wasn't good either, compare with Avatar and How to Train Your Dragon. For me, Sam & other cast already perform well, it's just the story & the plot wasn't good enough, but still, good to spend your time to watch this movie with your friends. So, I rank this movie: B-.
